In deciding on our fees we are guided by the Advocates remuneration order. This basically provides the scale of fees which should be charged by advocates undertaking various assignments on behalf of their clients. In the determination of legal fees the following serve as the guiding principles:

  • The amount and complexity of work involved.
  • The time and labor required, the novelty and difficulty of the questions involved and the skill required to perform the legal service properly.
