LAND LAW LITIGATION

We represent clients in Land Law litigation including recovery of land and multiple title disputes. We have handled constitutional applications and Judicial Review matters with subject values exceeding ten billion shillings.

INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS

We advise clients on employment law, trade disputes and labour legislation. We appear before the Industrial Court of Kenya and assist in Collective Bargaining Agreements, conciliation meetings and retirement benefits advisories.

LITIGATION & ARBITRATION

We handle civil and commercial litigation across all court levels and tribunals. Our areas include insurance claims, debt collection, security enforcement and defending injunctions on behalf of corporate and individual clients.

BANKING & FINANCE

We advise on project financing, debt restructuring, syndicated loans and securities regulation. We have handled complex multi-national financing agreements across Kenya, Uganda and Rwanda exceeding 950 million shillings.

TAX & COMPANY LAW

We advise on tax compliance, VAT, stamp duty and appeals to relevant tribunals. We handle company incorporation, annual returns, share transfers and provide legal opinions to foreign clients entering the Kenyan market.

INSURANCE

We advise insurers, brokers and agents on insurance law, review and draft policy documents, and defend clients in claims under various policies including negotiating settlements, waivers, subrogation and third party recoveries.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

We register trademarks, patents and industrial designs locally and internationally. We defend trademarks before KIPI, advise on IP protection for new products and maintain asset registers to help clients track and renew their IP rights.

ENVIRONMENTAL LAW & PUBLIC HEALTH

We advise clients on the Environmental Management and Coordination Act (EMCA), regulatory compliance, physical planning rules, public health and sanitation regulations affecting their operations and developments.

INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS

We advise on international contracts, investment agreements and marine law. Our services include drafting bills of lading, indemnity and guarantee agreements for companies engaged in cross-border imports and exports.
